We understand that it’s important you get your careline alarm as quickly as possible. Maybe you’ve recently taken a fall, or perhaps you are waiting to be discharged from the hospital and a careline alarm is now essential in helping you at home.
All of our parcels are dispatched via Royal Mail’s Tracked 24 service. That means if you complete your order by 1pm on a Monday, you can expect your careline alarm to arrive on Tuesday – meaning you can get up and running with our careline service in under 24hrs. Any orders completed after 1pm should arrive just one working day later.
Order online to get it sooner
The quickest way for you to get up and running with our careline service is to order online.
Once you have placed your order, and before we dispatch your alarm, we’ll ask you for some information to help us set up your account. This takes just a few minutes, but if you get stuck just give us a call on 0800 180 85 45.
If you have one of our information packs and you choose to place your order via a postal form, we’ll dispatch your careline alarm on the day we receive your completed order through the post.
Track your parcel
As soon as your careline alarm is dispatched, you will receive a Royal Mail notification with a tracking number.
Royal Mail will send you another message the morning of your delivery letting you know when you can expect your delivery and giving you the option to reschedule if it’s not convenient.
Please note, you’ll need your reference number to hand.
