My name is Margaret flynn, I am 86 years old and a widow for 6yrs. After being married for 62 yrs I have difficulty walking, I have a walker and various sticks which I use around the house.

One day I was carrying in my dinner and fell and just couldn’t get up. I rolled over and tried to go along the floor on my bottom trying to get to my phone, I was unable to do so and I was on the floor for almost 3hrs until a neighbour knocked on the door. I shouted who ever it is can you come in she fetched help to get me onto a chair and ended up with a bruised coccyx.

I feel much safer since I have Careline24 and I now go for a walk round my garden every day, thank you.
