Christmas and New Year Opening Hours

With Christmas and the new year right around the corner, and our team planning for some well earned holiday, we want to let you know of any changes to our normal operations that you can expect.


Our emergency care team will still be on hand

Please rest assured that our team will continue to answer if you press the button on your alarm or take a fall. When we say that our monitoring service is 24/7, 365 days a year, we mean it. That doesn’t change over the Christmas and New Year period.


Our normal office will be closing for Christmas

The administration, customer services and sales office will be closed from 1 pm on 24th December. We’ll be back in the office at 9 am on 29th December.

We return to normal, and will be open 9 am to 5 pm Mon-Thursday, and 9 am to 4.30 pm on Fridays. We’re always closed on weekends.

Please note, this is a different office from where our emergency care team are based. That team will continue to answer emergency calls 24/7, with no change over Christmas or New Year.


What to do if you need technical support

Our emergency care team at the monitoring centre can answer general questions about your equipment. To reach the team, simply press the button on your alarm or base unit and wait for us to answer.

If it’s not an emergency, please email [email protected] and we’ll get back to you when we return to the office on the 29th of December.

Order online as soon as possible

To get set up in time for Christmas, we recommend that new customers order online as quickly as possible. Completed orders (including your service agreement) need to be with us by 10 am 23rd December, for dispatch on the same day and delivery by Christmas Day*. Orders received after this time will be dispatched from the 29th of December. To get an update on an order you have placed with us, just give us a call.

* Please note: Some deliveries may take a little longer to arrive. This is outside of our control.

Please note, our website will be undergoing planned maintenance on Monday 4th January 2021 from 7.30am.
